HearMeOuttt is an anonymous online space designed for sharing thoughts, venting, and expressing feelings freely. No user accounts, passwords, or personal registrations are required to use the service.

4. Prohibited Content

While we encourage free expression, certain content is strictly prohibited. You may NOT post:

• Threats of violence or content intended to physically harm anyone.
• Harassment, hate speech, or content targeting individuals/groups based on identity.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — instances will be immediately reported to appropriate legal authorities.
• Personal information of others without their consent (doxxing).
• Spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation.
• Any content that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

5. Content Moderation

We rely on community reporting and human review to detect and remove violating content. We reserve the right to review and remove any post, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

6. Your Content

By posting content on HearMeOuttt, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute that content on our platform. You retain your anonymity, but you are solely responsible for the content you choose to post.

7. No Liability

HearMeOuttt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding platform uptime or reliability. We are not liable for user-generated content, service interruptions, data loss, or any direct/indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue HearMeOuttt (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
